  12. use of To The Bank! v1.1. This information applies to individual
  13. users who wish to pass copies out to friends and associates.

  15. User Groups, Computer Clubs, Disk Vendors and Distributors,
  16. Subscription Services, Disk-of-the-Month Clubs, etc., should
  17. refer to the VENDOR.DOC file for complete information relating to
  18. them.

  32. United States Copyright law and also by International Treaty
  33. provisions. Any use of this software in violation of Copyright
  34. law or the terms of this limited license will be prosecuted to
  35. the best of our ability. The conditions under which you may copy
  36. this software and documentation are clearly outlined below under
  37. "Distribution Restrictions".

  40. software for evaluation purposes for a period not to exceed thirty
  41. (30) days. If you intend to continue using this software (and/or

  46. without registering the software is a violation of the terms of

  51. the licensed program except as provided in this agreement. Any
  52. such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic

  59. Limited Distribution License:

  61. As the copyright holder for To The Bank!, Full Sail Software 
  62. authorizes distribution by individuals only in accordance with 
  63. the following restrictions.

  65. (User Groups, Computer Clubs, Disk Vendors and Distributors,
  66. Subscription Services, Disk-of-the-Month Clubs, etc., should
  67. refer to the VENDOR.DOC file for complete information relating
  68. to them.)

  70. Individuals are hereby granted permission by Full Sail Software to
  71. copy the To The Bank! diskette for their own use (for evaluation 
  72. purposes) or for other individuals to evaluate, ONLY when the 
  73. following conditions are met.

  75. The To The Bank! package is defined as containing
  76. all the material listed in the PACKING.LST text file. If any
  77. files listed in the PACKING.LST text file, or the PACKING.LST
  78. file itself, are missing, then the package is not complete and
  79. distribution is forbidden. Please contact us to obtain a
  80. complete package suitable for distribution.

  82. o The To The Bank! package - including all
  83. related program files and documentation files - CANNOT
  84. be modified in any way and must be distributed as a
  85. complete package, without exception. The PACKING.LST
  86. text file contains a list of all files that are part of
  87. the To The Bank! package.

  89. o No price or other compensation may be charged for the
  90. To The Bank! package. A distribution cost may be charged 
  91. for the cost of the diskette, shipping and handling, as long 
  92. as the total (per disk) does not exceed US$6.00 in the U.S. 
  93. and Canada, or  US$8.00 internationally.

  95. o The To The Bank! package CANNOT be sold
  96. as part of some other inclusive package. Nor can it be
  97. included in any commercial software packaging offer,
  98. without a written agreement from Full Sail Software.

  100. o The PRINTED User's Guide may not be reproduced in whole
  101. or in part, using any means, without the written permission 
  102. of Full Sail Software. In other words, the disk-based 
  103. documentation may not be distributed in PRINTED 
  104. (hardcopy) form.

  106. o The To The Bank! package cannot be "rented" or 
  107. "leased" to others.
  108.  
  109. o Licensee shall not use, copy, rent, lease, sell,
  110. modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse
  111. engineer, or transfer the licensed program except as
  112. provided in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use
  113. shall result in immediate and automatic termination of
  114. this license.

  116. o U.S. Government Information: Use, duplication, or
  117. disclosure by the U.S. Government of the computer
  118. software and documentation in this package shall be
  119. subject to the restricted rights applicable to
  120. commercial computer software as set forth in
  121. subdivision (b)(3)(ii) of the Rights in Technical Data
  122. and Computer Software clause at 252.227-7013 (DFARS
  123. 52.227-7013).
